Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the access and use of whatsbtx24 — listed in the Bitrix24 Marketplace and installed inside Bitrix24 under the application name "WhatsApp Web on Bitrix24" — an application that integrates WhatsApp with the Bitrix24 CRM.

By installing or using whatsbtx24, you ("Customer") declare that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • whatsbtx24 (published in the Bitrix24 Marketplace and installed inside Bitrix24 as "WhatsApp Web on Bitrix24"): application that enables WhatsApp customer service inside Bitrix24
  • Customer: legal entity or individual who contracts and uses the service
  • Users: agents authorized by the Customer
  • Third-Party Platforms: Bitrix24, WhatsApp (Meta), and other integrated services

2. Service scope

whatsbtx24 provides a solution that:

  • Integrates WhatsApp conversations with Bitrix24
  • Enables customer service inside the CRM
  • Creates and manages records (deals/SPA) from messages
  • Provides customer service management tools (distribution, history, metrics)

The service is provided "as is" and may evolve, be updated, or modified at any time.

3. Nature of the integration

3.1 whatsbtx24 uses WhatsApp Web–compatible technology for connection via QR Code.

3.2 whatsbtx24:

  • Is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Meta (WhatsApp)
  • Does not use the official WhatsApp Business API

3.3 Use of WhatsApp is subject exclusively to Meta's terms.

4. Sign-up and access

4.1 Access to the service occurs through the integration with the Customer's Bitrix24.

4.2 The Customer is responsible for:

  • Managing users and permissions
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of access credentials
  • Ensuring that only authorized people use the system

4.3 The Customer is liable for all actions performed in their account.

5. Permitted use

The Customer agrees to use whatsbtx24 only for legal and legitimate purposes, including:

  • Customer service
  • Lead and opportunity management
  • Authorized commercial communication

6. Prohibited use

It is expressly forbidden to use the service for:

  • Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages
  • Abusive, fraudulent, or illegal practices
  • Violation of third-party rights
  • Distribution of unlawful content
  • Reverse engineering or system exploitation attempts

Non-compliance may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Responsibility for WhatsApp use

7.1 The Customer is fully responsible for the use of WhatsApp through the platform.

7.2 whatsbtx24 is not liable for:

  • Number or account blocks by WhatsApp
  • Restrictions imposed by Meta
  • Loss of WhatsApp access

7.3 The Customer acknowledges that WhatsApp use must comply with the platform's terms.

8. Data and privacy

8.1 The processing of personal data is governed by the whatsbtx24 Privacy Policy.

8.2 The Customer is the Data Controller, being responsible for:

  • Obtaining consent when required
  • Ensuring legal basis for processing
  • Responding to data subject requests

8.3 whatsbtx24 acts as Data Processor, processing data according to the Customer's instructions.

9. Service availability

9.1 whatsbtx24 makes reasonable efforts to keep the service available and functional.

9.2 However, it does not guarantee:

  • Continuous or uninterrupted availability
  • Absence of errors or failures
  • Permanent compatibility with third-party platforms

9.3 The service may experience interruptions for maintenance, updates, or external factors.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, whatsbtx24 shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect losses or lost profits
  • Data loss arising from improper use
  • Damages caused by third parties or external platforms
  • Business decisions made based on the use of the tool

11. Third-party integrations

11.1 The service relies on external platforms, including:

  • Bitrix24
  • WhatsApp (Meta)

11.2 whatsbtx24 is not responsible for:

  • Changes to those platforms
  • Interruptions or limitations imposed by third parties

12. Billing and plans

12.1 Use of the service may be subject to billing under the contracted plan.

12.2 Conditions:

  • Recurring payments (monthly/yearly)
  • Suspension for non-payment
  • Cancellation under the rules defined in the plan

13. Suspension and termination

13.1 whatsbtx24 may suspend or terminate the Customer's access in case of:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Abusive or illegal use
  • Risk to platform security

13.2 The Customer may request cancellation at any time.

14. Intellectual property

14.1 All rights to whatsbtx24 belong to its developers.

14.2 The Customer does not acquire any property rights to the software.

15. Changes to the terms

15.1 These Terms may be updated periodically.

15.2 Continued use of the service after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

16. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.

The court of the service provider's domicile shall be the venue to resolve any disputes.
